Bookings
All new colour guests will be required to have a skin test and a consultation at least 48 hours prior to any service.
Bookings can be made via phone, email, text, Facebook, Instagram or the contact section of my website.
Cancellations
I appreciate that from time to time life gets in the way and things need to be rearranged. However, for any appointment cancelled or rescheduled:
• Within 48 hours of their booked appointment, there will be a 50% charge of the total service.
• Less than 24 hours of their booked appointment, there will be a 100% charge of the total service.
Illness
I please ask that if you are ill or display symptoms of COVID-19 prior to your appointment, please can you contact me as we may need to rearrange your appointment.
